605 Garv, was a new build from the ground up. Starting with a sketch that was submitted to our architect firm we broke ground and built this beautiful mediterranean inspired home. This custom designed home is nothing like any of the cracker-box homes in the new subdivision. Not only does it include a unique shaped ceiling, it also offers a master closet that serves as a safe room. The safe room walls, ceiling and floor are built with eight inches of reinforced concrete.
